13 | On December 5, 2023, at 11:20 AM Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Laura Villanueva conducted an unannounced inspection to conclude investigation for the above allegations. LPA met with Site Supervisor, Mayra Lopez and explained the purpose of the visit. LPA conducted a tour of the facility inside and outside with Site Supervisor. LPA observed a total of 19 children under the care and supervision of 4 staff.
When LPA arrived children were finishing lunch and transitioning to the nap area. LPA conducted interviews with staff regarding their napping procedures and alternate activities for children who do not nap. Children that don't nap are provided a quiet activity on their mat. LPA interviewed parents regarding their experience at the center. LPA did not find any evidence of allegations. Although the allegations may have happened or are invalid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegations are UNSUBSTANTIATED. No deficiencies cited for today. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the director, Mayra Lopez. |
