25 | On January 16, 2024 at 12:15 PM, Licensing Program Analyst, (LPA) Gigi Reyes conducted an unannounced Case Management inspection at the above Family Child Care Home, to deliver the Amended Case Management Report conducted on 12/6/2023. LPA met with Licensee, Irene Pulido, Spouse and 1 adult child. explained the purpose and scope of the visit. One child was present during the inspection.
During the inspection, LPA Reyes discussed the following with the Licensee/applicant:
Incidental Medical Services (IMS) policy was discussed. For IMS information see PIN 22-02-CCP. When any IMS is provided, a Plan for Providing IMS must be submitted to the Department. The following information regarding ADA was provided:

LPA discussed the safe sleep regulations with applicant, and discussed the Child Care Licensing Safe Sleep webpage at:

LPA also informed applicant of the importance of checking for recalled infant devices on the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) website at: https://www.cpsc.gov/, and recommended they register all infant devices with the CPSC to be notified of any recalls on their purchased equipment. |
