On October 17, 2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Giovani Gonzalez conducted an unannounced inspection at the above-mentioned Child Care Center to conclude a complaint investigation. LPA met with Director Erika Ronchietto and informed them the purpose of the inspection. At the time of the inspection 16 children and 6 staff were present.

The allegation of Physical Plant - Staff did not ensure that napping cots are arranged properly could not be corroberated. LPA observed cots to be organized in a way where children have the ability to get up without having to go over another child. Further staff interviews revealed usually staff have enough space to sit in between children who require more support to fall asleep. Additionally staff stated they have not observed napping children to be blocking pathways or entrance/exit ways.

The allegation of Physical Plant - Staff did not ensure that toileting supplies are available to children in care could not be corroborated. During the inspections, LPA observed the facility to have toileting supplies for children in all the classrooms and extra in a storage area. Further the facility provided documentation of what the facility receives regularly. Further staff interviews revealed they have not run out of toileting supplies at the facility.

Although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated.
