On 3/20/24, at 10:40 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Francisca Velazquez conducted an unannounced inspection of the Child Care Center (CCC) to deliver the findings with respect to the allegations noted above. LPA was greet by Veronica Garcia, Teacher aide of the CCC and advised her the purpose of the inspection. LPAs observed nine (9) children being cared by S1 and S2. LPA notes Director arrived at the CCC about 20 minutes after the inspection initiated.

The investigation included two site inspections, interviews with the Director, as well as interviews with the parents of children in care.

Interviews, as well as LPAs' observations did not corroborate the allegations noted above. Unannounced inspections revealed the CCC properly supervises children in care. Interviews with parents of children in care reveal they are satisfied with the care and supervision their children receive at the CCC. CONT 9099-C

Interviews revealed parent's are always informed of injuries right away by means of phone call or text message. Parents also reported being provided with incident reports with details of the incident. Parents expressed there is a lot of communication between staff and parents. Therefore, parent interviews revealed families are satisfied with the CCC and did not express any concerns regarding the CCC.

Although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegations is UNSUBSTANTIATED.

A Notice of Site Visit (LIC 9213) and Appeal Rights (LIC 9058) were provided to the Director. The Notice of Site Visit must remain posted for 30 days or a civil penalty of $100.00 may appeal.
