On 10/19/20 at 11:40am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Ruth Gull conducted a tele-video CASE MANAGEMENT inspection via FaceTime (due to the COVID-19 State of Emergency). LPA Gull met with Director Suzy Dobreski regarding the request for two additional rooms and additional outdoor space (breezeway) for the Preschool program (no increase in capacity). A virtual tour of the center including the new rooms and breezeway was completed. The new rooms are the Parish Hall and Church Library (the center is located on the grounds of the El Montecito Presbyterian Church). The breezeway is located on the lower level next to the playground. The children will be escorted to the bathrooms currently used by the preschool. The Fire clearance was granted on 10/08/20 for 61 children.

The additional rooms and outdoor space are added to the license effective today, 10/19/20.

Exit interview was conducted with Director Dobreski via FaceTime. This report will be sent to the Director via email with a read receipt or confirmation of receipt of email, which will act as the Director's signature. Notice of Site Visit (LIC9213) will also be e-mailed to the Director. The notice shall be posted for 30 consecutive days. Failure to maintain posting as required will result in a $100.00 civil penalty.
