Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Martina Jimenez conducted an unannounced inspection. The purpose of the inspection is to conclude the investigation of the above complaint allegations. LPA met with Olga Carrasco, licensee. LPA and licensee tour the interior and exterior of the home.

Licensee denied the above allegations that day-care children are being exposed to unfitting behavior and the licensee did not provide a comfortable environment for day-care children.

The investigation included two (2) inspections, obtaining the children's care roster, interviews with Licensee, parents of day care children currently and previously enrolled. The parents Interviewed did not corroborate the above allegations. The parents interviewed are happy with the care and supervision the children received at the day-care.

The above allegations are unsubstantiated, based on LPA observations, interviews with Licensee, parents, and record review. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation(s) did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated. An exit interview was conducted with Olga Carrasco, Licensee. Licensee shall post the "Notice of Site Visit for 30 days".
