· Licensee stated that there are no weapons/ammunition in the home.
· Licensee stated she does not hold a foster family license.

· Knives are stored in a elevated cabinet in the kitchen inaccessible to children.
· The fire extinguisher was observed mounted on the dining room wall and was purchased 02/02/2024 LPA reminded the Licensee to either service or purchase a regulation fire extinguisher annually.
· Licensee is current with immunization required per SB 792.
· Fire drills last drill was conducted 1/2024. Licensee conducted the fire drill during inspection 9/4/2024 and is now current. A Technical Violation 9102 is attached for reference.
