32 | LPA reviewed the facility file and found that the Pediatric CPR and First Aid certificate expires 6/8/2025, while Mandated Reporter training expired and renewed only the General Training on 4/1/2024. LPA reminded Licensee that it is their responsibility to renew the required training every two years. Children's records were reviewed and found complete. Licensee stated that she does not have current liability insurance for her FCCH. LIC 282, notifying parents that FCCH does not carry liability insurance is on file.
Licensee check and logs sleeping infant every 15 minutes. The Individual Safe Sleep Plan is filled out for infants 0-12 months old. FCCH conducts and logs the fire and disaster drills every month, last drill was conducted on 5/13/2024. Control of Property was also reviewed.

Licensee, was reminded that all adults 18 and over living or working in the home, including employees and volunteers, except as specified in Health and Safety Code section 1596.871, must obtain a criminal record clearance or exemption, or transfer their existing clearance or exemption, prior to initial presence in a licensed Family Child Care Home. A civil penalty of $100.00 minimum/day for a maximum of 5 days or, if the penalty is for a repeat violation, for a maximum of 30 days per person will be assessed if this regulation is violated.
