32 | The allegation references that Parents are not allowed inside day-care. LPAs observation, interview with licensee, assistant, and documents reviewed revealed parents are not allowed inside day-care.
On 5/2/2024, LPA observed at 2:49pm, there was a knock at the door, the assist open, closed the door, walked over to the day-care area in the family room picked up C2, walked back to the front door opened the door handed C2 to mother, closed the door, walked back to the day-care area/family room, obtained C2's blanket, and backpack, walked back to the front door and hand the mother C2's belongings, while the mother waited outside the door
Based on LPA’s observation, interview with licensee, interview with assistant, record reviews, the preponderance of evidence standard has been met, therefore the above allegation is found to be SUBSTANTIATED. California Code of Regulation, (Title 22 Division 12 and 102419(e), is being cited on the attached LIC 9099 D).
Today’s visit was conducted in Spanish by LPA Jimenez. Today, deficiency cited under Title 22 Division 12, Appeal rights provided to licensee. LPA provided the Licensee a Notice of Site (LIC 9213) visit which was posted in the LPA's presence. this REPORT MUST BE FILED IN FACILITY FILE AND MADE AVAILABLE FOR PUBLIC REVIEW FOR 3 YEARS. LPA observed the "Notice of Site Visit" posted. FAILURE TO POST THE NOTICE OF SITE VISIT FOR 30 DAYS MAY RESULT IN A $100.00 CIVIL PENALTY. |
