32 | LPA reviewed the facility file and found that the Pediatric CPR and First Aid certificate expires 1/24//2026 while Mandated Reporter Training Certificate expires on 8/27//2026. The regulation fire extinguisher was serviced on 6/24/2024. At 12:33 PM, the carbon monoxide and smoke detectors were tested and found functional. FCCH conducts fire and disaster drill every month and last drill was conducted on March 12, 2025. Nobodies of water was observed. Licensee confirmed there are no firearms and ammunition in the home.
Children’s files were reviewed and found complete. FCCH has current children’s roster was reviewed. Licensee and assistant document napping infants every 15 minutes. Infants 0 to 12 months old have Infant Safe Sleep Plan on file.
