LPA reminded the Licensee to either service or purchase a regulation fire extinguisher annually. The home has a fireplace in the second living room and is inaccessible.
The backyard is enclosed with wood fencing, and the entry/exit points are secured. The backyard contains age-appropriate toys and play equipment. LPA reminded Licensee to replace toys and play equipment when such items begin to degrade or are not in good repair.
