32 | Staff interviews indicated that staff consistently follow proper procedures when assisting children with their toileting needs. Staff described practices that align with facility policies and licensing requirements, and no concerns were identified regarding their toileting assistance routines.
Based on the information obtained, there was not sufficient evidence to support that staff failed to accompany a child to the restroom or that staff left a child in soiled underwear. Although the allegations may have occurred or may be valid, the preponderance of evidence standard was not met. Therefore, the allegations are UNSUBSTANTIATED.
No deficiencies were issued during this inspection.
A notice of site visit was provided and must remain posted for 30 days.
Exit interview conducted, appeal rights given and report was reviewed with Brittany Grimshaw.
