On October 17, 2025 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Giovani Gonzalez conducted an unannounced inspection at the abovementioned Child Care Center (CCC). LPA met with Dircetor Erika Ronchietto and informed them the purpose of the insepction. At the time of the insepction 67 children were present.

The allegation of Personal Rights - Staff did not prevent day-care children from engaging in inappropriate activity could not be corroberated. Staff interviews revealed when children are observed about to engage in inappropraite activities they intervene and redirect the children. Further staff will talk to the children to inform them that their actions were not appropriate.

Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated.

Report was reviewed with Director Erika Ronchietto. Notice of site visit and appeal rights were given.
