On October 14, 2025, at 11:16 AM Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Elizabeth George and Bill Billones conducted an unannounced inspection to deliver the findings regarding an investigation of the above-mentioned allegation. Due to the closure of this facility LPAs met licensee at 'Here We Grow Early Learning Center' (426217453), both of which are owned by Heather Robbins. LPAs met with director, Crista Trujillo, and explained the purpose of the inspection. LPAs, in the company of the Licensee, toured the interior and exterior of the facility. LPAs observed 22 children in the care of 5 staff.

The investigation included 3 unannounced inspections, LPAs' observations, record reviews, staff interviews as well as interviews (random sampling) of former and current parents of children in care.

The allegation 'staff allowed sick child to remain in care' could not be corroborated. Both parent and staff interviews showed health checks are completed at drop off. Parent interviews stated they had no concerns with the CCC and are satisfied with the services provided.
