LPA did not observe any hazards/toxins items accessible to children in care. Facility stores cleaners and disinfectants in a secured cabinet, and above shelves inaccessible to reach. Facility utilizes two (2) bathrooms and both were found to be clean, functioning properly, and with ample toilets and sinks.
