32 | COMPLIANCE PLAN
In response to these discussions, Licensee has agreed to the following:
- Licensee will ensure children are provided with a safe and healthy environment.
- Licensee shall attend a Family Child Care Orientation in person. The next available dates are October 15, 2025 (conducted in English) and November 22, 2025 (conducted in Spanish). Location is 805 A Fiero Lane, San Luis Obispo , CA 93401. Orientation will last from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
- Community Care Licensing will increase frequency of site visits to the facility to monitor compliance.
- Licensee agrees to be referred to the Technical Support Program (TSP).
- Licensee will adhere to strict compliance with all Title 22 capacity regulations and ratio limitations.
- Licensee will ensure all adults working or volunteering in the facility shall be fingerprint cleared and associated prior to initial presence in a licensed family child care home.
- In addition, it is recommended Licensee takes classes with Resource and Referral agency for additional support and training. The Santa Maria office can be reached at (805) 925-7071.
Today, August 18, 2025, Licensee is informed any further repeats of the above deficiencies will result in a Non-Compliance Conference and possible referral to the Legal Division for possible Administrative Action.
Furthermore, Licensee understands that any repeats of the above deficiencies within a 12-month period will result in the issuance of civil penalties.
Upon receiving this report, provide copies of this licensing report to each parent/guardian of children currently enrolled and parents/guardians of newly enrolled children during the next 12 months.
Acknowledgement of Receipt LIC 9224 form shall be used for this purpose. LlC 9224 shall be completed and maintained in each child's file. LIC 9224 was provided to Licensee, Yesenia Mendoza.
Per Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 3, of the California Code of Regulations, no deficiencies are cited during today's Office Conference.
Exit interview conducted, appeal rights provided, and report was reviewed with licensee Yesenia Mendoza.
