25 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Joaquin Mendez made an unannounced visit for the purpose of conducting a POC visit. LPA met with the Licensee and explained the purpose of the visit. A brief tour of the home was conducted and LPA verified there were three children present. Licensee was in compliance with meeting capacity regulations.
LPA did not observe any items which could pose harm to children. All inaccessible areas are secured, and hazardous items are all made inaccessible. Therefore, deficiencies cited on September 19, 2025, are cleared today. The licensee wrote out the POC at the time of the inspection.
The following POCs have been cleared today:
· 102417(g)(4)- (g) Laundry detergents in an accessible area to children which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
· 102417(g)(4)(A)- The licensee's bedroom was not secured with accessible medications. Which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
· 102418(g)- C2, C4, C5, and C6 are missing immunization records which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
· 102419(d)(1)- C1, C4, C5, and C6 do not have parents signature on the LIC995 which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
There were no deficiencies cited today.
