The fire clearance was granted on 4/27/2023. Large Family Child Care Home License was issued and effective today, 5/12/2023.
Notice of Site Visit was issued, The notice shall be posted for 30 consecutive days. Failure to maintain posting as required will result in a $100.00 civil penalty. Appeal Rights were given and explained.
