13 | On December 16, 2024 at 10:15 AM Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Elizabeth George and Susana Martinez conducted an unannouced inspection to deliver the findings of the above mentioned allegation. LPA met with Licensee Mary Gonzalez and advised her of the purpose of the inspection. At the time of the inspection there were 8 children in the care of licensee, her husband and one assistant.
The Department received a complaint alleging that a child received an injury while in licensee's care. The investigation included two unannounced inspections, LPA’s observations, interviews with licensee and interviews of former and current parents of children in care.
