32 | On April 17, 2026 a case management inspection was conducted. During the inspection a Type A deficiency was cited under Title 22 CCR 101223- Personal Rights (a)(3) The Licensee shall ensure that each child is accorded the following personal rights: To be free from corporal or unusual punishment, infliction of pain, humiliation, intimidation, ridicule, coercion, threat, mental abuse or other actions of a punitive nature including but not limited to: interference with functions of daily living including eating, sleeping or toileting; or withholding of shelter, clothing, medication or aids to physical functioning.
On April 17, 2026 a complaint investigation inspection was conducted. During the inspection a Type B deficiency was cited under Title 22 CCR 101427- Infant Care Food Service (c) The infant shall be fed in accordance with the individual plan. An infant was fed food that the child was allergic to.
On March 26, 2026 a complaint inspection was conducted. During inspection, a type B was cited under Title 22 CCR 101430- Infant Care Activities (a)(1(E) The infant care center shall develop, maintain and implement a written plan to ensure the provision of indoor and outdoor activities designed to meet the needs of infants, including but not limited to: Individual attention. LPAs observed at various inspections at least 8 preschool children to be enrolled and actively attending the infant center after they have turned 24 months of age.
On March 14, 2024 a case management inspection was conducted. During the inspection a Type B deficiency was issued under Title 22 CCR 101216.1- Teacher Qualification and Duties (c)(1) To be a fully qualified teacher, a teacher shall have one of the following: Twelve post-secondary semester or equivalent quarter units in early childhood education or child development completed, with passing grades, at an accredited or approved college or university; and at least six months of work experience in a licensed child care center or comparable group child care program. LPAs spoke to staff present at the time of arrival and were informed that S3, S4 did not have 12 post-secondary units.
On March 14, 2024, a case management inspection was conducted. During the inspection a Type B deficiency was issued under Title 22 CCR 101215.1- Child Care Center Directors Qualifications and Duties (f) When the child care center director is absent from the center, arrangements shall be made for a fully qualified teacher as specified in Section 101216.1(c) to act as substitute. This substitute child care center director shall be aware of center operations, including total enrollment; shall be trained in program operation; and shall be designated as an authorized person to correct operational deficiencies that constitute immediate threats to children's health and safety. When LPAs arrived at 2:00PM Site Supervisor was not present and there was not a fully qualified teacher present to act as a substitute site supervisor. Site Supervisor arrived at 2:51PM
