On 2/11/2026 at 9:30 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Brian Fung conducted an unannounced
inspection to deliver the findings for a Complaint pertaining to the abovementioned allegation. LPA met with
Blanca Rangel (assistant) and Tania Rangel (licensee of the Family Child Care Home FCCH), and advised of the purpose of the inspection. It should be noted LPA observed 1 child on site along with an Assistant providing care and supervision. Licensee arrived at the FCCH 10:00am from a personal appointment.

The investigation included observations, record reviews, staff interviews, and parent interviews and two unannounced site inspections. As noted above, the specific allegations of the Complaint is licensee is falsifying documents for the purpose of financial gains.

LPA was unable to corroborate or validate the allegations of the Complaint. Upon parent interviews, parents revealed they are satisfied with the level of care provided.
