| Also every parent interviewed stated they would recommend this FCCH.
LPA attempted to interview two adults/assistants who provided child care services at the aforementioned FCCH. One assistant(A#1) stated/confirmed that A#1 did provide child care services at this FCCH for approximately one week. A#1 also stated, that A#1 did not force feed any infant at this FCCH. A#1 could not provide substantiating evidence, regarding Licensee forced a infant to eat.
During LPA’s two unannounced inspections. LPA did observe Licensee provide snacks to children at the FCCH. LPA did not observe Licensee or any assistant force feed a infant or child.
Although the above allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is Unsubstantiated.
