1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25	Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Marilou Monico, conducted a Case Management Inspection in response to Licensee's request to add a classroom (Little Lambs) to their existing license. LPA met with Site Director, Rachel Sayre, and explained to her the nature of the inspection. LPA toured the facility both indoor and outdoor as well as measured the space available for the children. The facility has active waiver: to allow the Preschool children to share the Fireside Room that is licensed for the School Age Program at different times. The following indoor measurements were taken by LPA Monico during today's inspection: Room 1: 29.92 x 29.33 = 877.55 minus 20.09 (encumbered space) = 857.46 Room 2: 23.58 x 22.92 = 540.45 minus 19.34 (encumbered space) = 521.11 Room 3: 29.33 x 30.08 = 882.25 minus 22.52 (encumbered space) = 859.73 Little Lambs: 21.50 x 19.42 = 417.53 minus 19.4 (encumbered space) = 398.13 TOTAL PRESCHOOL INDOOR SPACE: 2,636.43 divided by 35 sq. ft. = 75 children There are 7 sinks (105) and 5 toilets (75) available for the children. There are staff bathrooms (Women and Unisex) located adjacent to the Little Lambs Room. The staff bathroom for women will be utilized by sick children if needed and will be accompanied by staff. The sick children will be isolated in the Director's Office. Cleaning supplies are stored inaccessible to children. There are 60 cubbies, 72 chairs, 11 tables and 60 cots for the daycare children. Drinking water is available for the children indoor via pitchers and individual water bottles. The following outdoor measurements were taken by LPA Monico during today's inspection: CHILDREN'S PLAYGROUND 64.58 x 82.00 = 5,295.56 71.00 x 122.33 = 8,685.43 Playground total = 13,980.99 minus 54.81 (encumbered space) = 13,926.18 *TOTAL OUTDOOR SPACE: 13,926.18 sq. ft. divided by 75 = 185 children* Continuation on next page:

The playground is surrounded with appropriate fencing and the outdoor surfaces are safe. Shade is provided by trees, canopy, and outdoor patio. Areas under and around the climbing structures and swings have tanbarks as resilient material. Drinking water is provided by individual water bottles. LPA observed no bodies of water.

Fire clearance was granted on July 9, 2024.

The following updated forms were received during the inspection:

As a result of today's inspection, the additional room (Little Lambs) is approved.

There were no deficiencies cited.

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Site Director, Rachel Sayre.
