13 | On July 24, 2026, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Marilou Monico and Tra Dinh conducted an unannounced follow up complaint inspection. LPAs met with Executive Director, Angela Gomez. LPAs toured the facility, interviewed staff, and census was taken.
During the investigation process, staff and parents were interviewed and relevant documents were obtained. Based on interviews with staff, children were consistently provided with adequate supervision. Staff also reported providing parents of Child (C1), who exhibits challenging behaviors, with resources and additional support to help address the child's needs. Interviews with parents indicated that they had not observed any concerns related to the supervision of children in care. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED.
Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Executive Director, Angela Gomez. Appeal rights were provided.
