On 10/11/2024 at 12:04pm, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Farida Raja met with Staff, Dora Cortez for a case management inspection to deliver the amended report for an inspection conducted on 09/04/2024.

LPA conducted a facility walk through and observed 40 children and 4 staff in the two classrooms toured during today’s inspection. Children were observed to be napping. All staff were observed to have fingerprint clearances. LPA reviewed the amended report with Staff, Dora Cortez. LPA obtained staff’s signature on the amended LIC 809 and LIC 809D pages and issued a Notice of Site Visit for today’s case management inspection.

As a result of today's inspection, no deficiencies were cited.
