On August 20, 2026, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Marilou Monico and Dongzhu Li conducted a follow up Complaint Inspection. LPAs met with Assistant Director, Lauren Ngoi, and informed her regarding the purpose of today's visit. LPAs toured the facility.

During the course of the investigation, LPA Monico interviewed staff, children, and parents; reviewed records; conducted observations; and obtained supporting documents.

Interviews with staff, children, and parents confirmed that children were never left without staff supervision. Staff were observed scattered in different areas indoor and outdoor to ensure adequate supervision is provided to children. Staff intervened immediately when a child attempted to harm another child. Parents were notified of incidents by phone and through the Learning Genie app, and they were provided with an ouch report at pick-up when their child sustained an injury at the center.
