32 | It was alleged that, staff do not change infants diapers in a timely manner. Based on interviews conducted, five (5) out of five (5) staff informed LPA that children diaper are changed every two hours or as needed to ensure they are kept dry. Staff also stated that they monitor and check children in between scheduled times to determine if an additional change is needed. During parent interviews, three (3) out of four (4) parents reported that staff are changing their children appropriately and expressed no concerns regarding diaper-changing practices. LPA conducted records review, including diaper changing logs.
Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation(s) did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED.
A NOTICE OF SITE VISIT WAS GIVEN AND MUST REMAIN POSTED FOR 30 DAYS.
