32 | All parents who were interviewed did not raise any concerns regarding the allegations. None of the parents interviewed raised concerns that children’s hygienic needs were not being met. LPA attempted to interview children, two out of two children who responded stated teachers did not say anything bad to them.
During this investigation evidence was collected through LPA's observations, records review, and interviews which were conducted. The Department has determined, although the above allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegations are UNSUBSTANTIATED.
As a result of today's investigation, no deficiencies are cited. Exit interview conducted with the Director. Report was reviewed and provided to Director Leah Kidger, along with appeal rights.
