Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Anna Morales conducted a follow up Case Management/ Licensee Initiated inspection and met with Director Marcella Tarin. The initial Pre licensing inspection was completed on 2/7/2024 by LPA's Anna Morales and Mel Matos. The purpose for today's inspection is to observe the physical plant for Infants Room 1,2, 3 and 7. A fire clearance was granted for 68 infants on 2/20/24.

LPA conducted an exit interview with Director Marcella Tarin. LPA informed the Director the following:

1. Director will submit photos and contact LPA once the work order for Infant Classroom Number 1 and 3 has been completed.
2. Approval Pending on Manager's Final Review.

A NOTICE OF SITE VISIT WAS ISSUED, POSTED NEAR THE ENTRANCE OF THE FACILITY AND MUST REMAIN POSTED FOR 30 DAYS.


No deficiencies were cited at today's visit.
