Licensing Program Analyst (LPA)Anna Morales conducted a follow up Case Management/ Licensee Initiated inspection and met with Director Marcella Tarin. The initial Pre licensing inspection was completed on 2/7/2024 by LPA's Anna Morales and Mel Matos. The purpose for today's inspection is to observe the physical plant for Preschool Classrooms 4,5 and 6. A fire clearance was granted for 72 preschool ages 2 years old to first grade on 2/20/24.

LPA conducted an exit interview with Director Marcella Tarin. LPA informed the Director the following:

1. Director will Provide a shaded rest area in the Playground area adjacent to Classroom Number 3.
2. Approval Pending on Manager's Final Review.

A NOTICE OF SITE VISIT WAS ISSUED, POSTED NEAR THE ENTRANCE OF THE FACILITY AND MUST REMAIN POSTED FOR 30 DAYS.

No deficiencies were cited at today's visit.
