25 | On 11/20/2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Liridon Fici- Doni conducted an unannounced 1-Year Inspection and was greeted by NASIATKA, JULIE, Director. LPA toured the center with the director and gathered a census of children during inspection.
LPA observed the required posted materials, including the Facility License, Emergency Disaster Plan (LIC 610), Earthquake Preparedness Checklist (LIC 9148), Parents' Rights Poster (PUB 393), Child Car Seat Law (PUB 269), Menus, and Activity Schedule. Days and hours of operation are Monday through Friday 7:00AM to 5:30PM. LPA did not observe any bodies of water during inspection.
Staff files was reviewed for the following records: Statement Acknowledging Requirement to report Child Abuse (LIC9108), and Immunization Record showing immunity to measles (MMR), pertussis (Tdap), and influenza (or statement declining influenza). LPA reviewed current Mandated Reporter Training and expires on 8/21/2027. LPA reviewed current Pediatric CPR/FIRST AID and expires on 10/8/2027. LPA informed Director that Mandated reporting and First aid/CPR is mandatory and should be renewed every 2 years.
In addition, LPA reviewed five (5) children's file and observed that parent's rights forms, immunization records forms, consents for emergency medical treatment forms, and Identification forms are in each file.
LPA observed that the teacher/child ratio was in compliance during today's inspection. LPA observed 5 Staff and 30 Children during today's inspection; In the green room, there was nine (9) children with a qualified teacher, yellow room had six (6) children with a qualified teacher, blue room had 5 children with a qualified teacher, and the yellow room had ten (10) children with a qualified teacher.
