Licensing Program Analysts (LPA's) Anna Morales and Sheena Chin conducted a Case Management inspection regarding an Unusual Incident that was reported by the facility to Licensing on 9/19/2023. LPA's met with Director Candy Hiller and Jessica Reinman
The incident occurred on September 15, 2023 involving a child (C1) who sustained an injury while in care. LPA's toured Preschool classroom A6, interviewed staff, and obtained a copy of children's roster and sign in/out sheet.

Based on interviews and evidence gathered, there is no preponderance of evidence to prove that staff violated a child's personal rights or there was lack of supervision.

As a result of this inspection, there were no deficiencies cited.

A NOTICE OF SITE VISIT WAS ISSUED AND MUST REMAIN POSTED FOR 30 DAYS.
