Licensing Program Analysts(LPAs) Mandeep Kaur and Andy Yang met with Director, Carolyn Mendoza, for an unannounced case management inspection.

LPAs interviewed the Director during today's inspection. Based on interviews and record reviews, facility has not associated the substitute staff (S1, S2, & S3) to the facility for criminal records clearance. Today present substitute staff at the facility are S1 & S2..

A Technical Violation was issued during today's inspection. Exit interview was conducted and reviewed with Director Carolyn Mendoza. No deficiencies were cited during today's inspection.

Notice of site visit was issued and must remain posted for 30 days.
