25 | Licensing Program Analysts (LPA), Shine Yu, conducted an unannounced Annual inspection today and met with director, Vicki Gonzales. LPA explained the purpose of the visit.
The Facility is licensed to serve kindergarten through 12 years in Room 86 and 87. Hours of operation: 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM Monday to Friday. The director stated children will come in 11:45 am for room 86, and 2:30/2:45 pm for room 86 and 87. Present are 4 staff and 7 children in room 86 during inspection. The director stated the facility did not have weapons on the premises, and there is no smoking on the premises. The facility provides breakfast, lunch and snacks when there is no school. The facility provides snacks when there is school. The meals were prepared and delivered from school main office.
LPA toured the indoor and outdoor areas of the Facility with the director. Required posted materials, including the Facility License, Emergency Disaster Plan (LIC 610), Earthquake Preparedness Checklist (LIC 9148), Parents' Rights Poster (PUB 393), Personal Rights (LIC 613A), Child Car Seat Law (PUB 269) and Daily Activity Schedule were observed.
The facility passed the fire inspection on 12/28/2025. LPA observed fully charged Fire Extinguishers, smoke/carbon monoxide detectors, First Aid Kit, central heating, and air condition wall unit in both classrooms. The temperature reading was 67 degree F. Furniture and equipment were observed to be age appropriate and in good condition, free of sharp, loose, or pointed parts. Disinfectants, cleaning solutions, poisons, sharps, and other dangerous items were stored inaccessible to children. Restrooms for children to use were observed to be in operating condition. LPA checked the toilet flush and hand wash faucet. Play equipment were maintained in a good condition, free of hazards. The facility does not provide transportation to children.
