On 08/26/2024 at 8:29am Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Farida Raja conducted a unannounced case management inspection to deliver the amended report for an inspection conducted on 05/01/2024. LPA met with Director, Diana Manix and explained the purpose of today’s inspection.

LPA toured the indoor and outdoor areas of the facility and observed the following ratios:
2 years Room: 1 teacher: 3 children
3 years Room: 2 teachers: 7 children
4 years Room: 1 teacher: 3 children

Facility was operating within the ratio requirements of the license. LPA reviewed the amended report with Director, Diana Manix . LPA obtained Director's signature on the amended LIC 809 and 809D pages and issued a Notice of Site Visit for today’s case management inspection.
as a result of today's inspection, no deficiencies were cited.
