Zaidee Tumangan, Licensee, was not present during today's inspection due to the birth of her grandchild in Los Angeles, CA. LPA spoke to Zaidee Tumangan, Licensee, via telephone and she gave Ginalyn Barrazo, adult assistant, consent to proceed with today's case management inspection. Licensee states that she left yesterday evening and will be back by Sunday September 8, 2024. When circumstances require the licensee to be temporarily absent from the home, the licensee shall arrange for a substitute adult to care for and supervise the children during his/her absence. Temporary absences shall not exceed 20 percent of the hours that the facility is providing care per day. LPA advised the Licensee that she will need to close the day care if she isn't going to be present at 80 percent of the operating hours of the day care. Licensee states that she understands LPAs explanation.
