On 02/27/2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jaime Gonzales conducted an unannounced complaint visit to discuss and deliver investigation findings for the above allegations. LPA was granted access to the facility by Site Director, Marija Palihnic Fisher and explained the purpose of today’s visit.

During today’s inspection, LPA toured the facility and took a census in the preschool and toddler classrooms. LPA observed 19 napping preschoolers and 2 staff in Classroom A, 21 napping preschoolers and 2 staff in Classroom B, 11 napping preschoolers and one staff in Classroom C and 10 napping toddlers and 2 staff in the Early Montessori Classroom.

During this investigation, LPA reviewed relevant records.

It was alleged facility was operating out of ratio day care children. LPA reviewed relevant records and it was revealed that the facility was out of ratio in the Early Montessori Toddler component on 12/01/2025, 12/03/2025, and 12/05/2025.

Based on LPA record review, the preponderance of evidence standard has been met, therefore the above allegation is found to be SUBSTANTIATED.

During today's inspection deficiencies were cited. Further details can be found on the 9099-D page.

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed Site Director, Marija Palihnic Fisher and Principle Analiza Filion. Copy of appeal rights was provided to Site Director, Marija Palihnic Fisher. A Notice of Site Visit was issued and must remain posted for 30 days.
