On 11/13/25, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Liridon Fici- Doni conducted an unannounced complaint investigation and was greeted by Calantoc, Alisa - Director. The purpose of today’s visit is to deliver complaint findings on the above allegations. LPA gathered a census of the day care children.

During the course of the investigation, LPA interviewed Reporting Party (RP), staff member, former staff, and parent and obtained documents.
It was alleged that, a child (C1) was yelled at by a former staff (fs) and the facility did not report an incident to an authorized representative. Based on interviews conducted, there were no witnesses to the incident that allegedly occurred on 10/22/2024. FS was interviewed and denied any incidents with C1.
Although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation(s) did or did not occur, therefore the allegations are UNSUBSTANTIATED.
A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Director, Calantoc, Alisa along with appeal rights provided.
