On 6/4/24, at 4:45 PM, Licensing program analyst (LPA), Liridon Fici arrived unannounced to conduct a subsequent visit and to deliver findings on the above allegation. LPA met and was greeted by Director, Marie Nunez and explained the purpose of today’s visit.

It was alleged that: Neglect/ Lack of supervision: Staff failed to supervise children in classroom resulting in inappropriate touching. Based on interviews conducted with staff, parents, and children, staff stated they were not made aware nor witnessed the incident that occurred on 1/8/2023. Parents stated there are no concerns regarding the care being provided to their children, and four (4) out of five (5) children confirmed with the investigator that Child 1 (C1) did not inappropriately touch or witness C1 touching Child 2 (C2) inappropriately.
