Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jennifer "Jen" Beehler conducted an unannounced Case Management - Lead Testing/ Exceedance inspection. Upon arrival, LPA was greeted by Director Terry Beckett and provided access to the facility. LPA stated the reason for the visit was to collect the lead testing results.

Director stated she has emailed LPA a copy of the lead inspection which was completed 01/14/2025. LPA observed the emails were being sent to an email address with an incorrect handle. LPA requested the Director email the report to the correct email and did receive that copy. Director also printed out a copy of the report for LPA to review findings.

Lead testing results confirmed lead levels did not exceed 5 parts per billion for all 3 faucets/drinking fountains tested. The report was conducted by Enthalpy Analytical on 01/14/2025, the lab job #523921.

Exit Interview conducted with Teacher, Monica Vazquez report reviewed and provided. NOTICE OF SITE VISIT WAS PROVIDED AND MUST REMAIN POSTED FOR 30 DAYS.
