25 | Licensing Program Analysts (LPA), Ashley Lopez, met with Director, Greislye Parada, for an unannounced Required- 1 Year Inspection. LPA was granted access to the facility by Greislye and toured both indoors and outdoors during the inspection. Upon arrival, there were 7 infants in the outdoor space with 2 staff members present, which is compliant with the facility license capacity and ratio requirements. LPA observed all required postings near the entrance to the facility and the hours of operation are Monday – Friday, 7:30AM-5:30PM.
LPAs reviewed digital sign-in/out sheets and observed the facility uses the Application, Brightwheel. The fire/disaster drill log was reviewed and LPA observed the last drill was conducted on 8/21/2023, which is compliant with the six-month requirement for facilities. LPA observed a fully charged 3A40BC fire extinguisher and smoke/carbon monoxide detectors. The director stated there are no weapons or firearms on the premises.
This facility provides Incidental Medical Services- IMS. LPA reviewed storage of medication and equipment/supplies, and reviewed children’s, personnel, and administrative records.
