32 | On 6/03/26. 06/08/26, and 06/10/26, LPA reached out parents for all enrolled children. One out of 8 parents who responded stated the facility maintained the child’s record with accurate information and had not observed facility over the ratio.
On 6/11/26, LPA conducted a subsequent Complaint investigation and interviewed with Licensee. Present were licensee, 1 staff and 6 children, including 2 under 2 years old which was in compliance with Title 22 regulations. Both adults were background check cleared.
Based on interviews, observations, and record reviews, it was found the allegations were UNSUBSTANTIATED; A finding that is UNSUBSTANTIATED means although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation(s) did or did not occur.
Exit interview conducted and copy of this report was reviewed in Mandarin with the Licensee Ping Wang. A copy of Appeal Rights was given.
