25 | Licensing Program Analysts (LPA), Shine Yu, conducted an unannounced Annual inspection today and met with Associate Teacher (T1), Monique Anaya. T1 stated the director, Chari Plumeri was off today and will be in the office tomorrow. LPA explained the purpose of the visit.
The Facility is licensed to serve age 2 years to entry into 1st grade in Room K1. Hours of operation: 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM Monday to Friday. The T1 stated the facility did not have weapons on the premises, and there is no smoking on the premises. The facility provides breakfast, lunch and snacks. The meals were prepared and delivered by the school nutrition department from the main office.
LPA toured the indoor and outdoor areas of the Facility with the T1. Required posted materials, including the Facility License, Emergency Disaster Plan (LIC 610), Earthquake Preparedness Checklist (LIC 9148), Parents' Rights Poster (PUB 393), Personal Rights (LIC 613A), Child Car Seat Law (PUB 269), menu and Daily Activity Schedule were observed.
The facility passed the fire inspection on 07/25/2025. LPA observed fully charged Fire Extinguisher, smoke/carbon monoxide detector, First Aid Kit, central heating, and air condition wall unit in the classroom. The temperature reading was 68 degree F. Furniture and equipment were observed to be age appropriate and in good condition, free of sharp, loose, or pointed parts. Disinfectants, cleaning solutions, poisons, sharps, and other items that are dangerous to children were stored inaccessible. Restrooms for children to use were observed to be in operating condition. LPA checked the two toilets flush and hand wash faucets. Play equipment were maintained in a good condition, free of hazards. The facility does not provide transportation to children.
