Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Janette Cruz, met with Licensee, Maria Atkins, and conducted a case management inspection. Licensee attended a Non-compliance Conference at the San Jose Regional Office on January 17, 2023 due to violations under Criminal Record Clearance, Fire Clearance, Teacher-Child Ratio, Personal Rights, Outdoor Activity Space, False Claims, Personnel Records, and Reporting Requirements. LPA toured inside and outside areas of the facility. LPA observed six preschool children present during today's inspection. LPA observed that licensee was in compliance with ratio/capacity requirement. LPA observed that off-limit room was not being used for daycare purposes.

LPA observed signed LIC9224 Acknowledgement of Receipt of Licensing Report in the children's files.

There were no deficiencies cited.
