LPA also observed Vignesh Dayabaran (Licensee's spouse), Nirai Lakshmi Nagaraj (Licensee's adult assistant), with two infants and three preschool children present in the home. Licensee stated that she and her spouse are the only adults residing in the home. Days and hours of operation are from Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Licensee has current CPR/First Aid certifications and Mandated Reporter Training certificate on file. Both indoor and outdoor areas of the home were inspected.

LPA observed the home is clean, orderly, and safe for the day care children. Off limit areas in the home: master bedroom, master bathroom, one bedroom, garage, and kitchen. Off limit areas outside the home: storage container located in the side yard.

LPA observed a fully charged 2A10BC fire extinguisher, working smoke/carbon monoxide detectors, no bodies of water, and fenced backyard.
