The purpose of today's meeting is to discuss the Licensee's compliance and ability to follow the Title 22 Regulations.

The facility will be monitored for the next 12 months at the department's discretion to ensure that the facility is in compliance with the department regulations.
Licensee agreed to increase supervision, frequent headcounts, staff need to spread out in the backyard/playground to observe the children, and to check gates and doors to ensure they are closed.
