32 | Parents stated that they had no concerns on how the staff are treating their children at the center. Parents stated that overall they have enjoyed the services their children are receiving. LPA, also, interviewed an representative from the San Jose Police Department who stated that their was not enough evidence to make an arrest.
Based on interviews, record reviews, observations and evidence gathered during the investigation process, it is concluded that although the allegations noted on this complaint may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur. The allegation is thus UNSUBSTANTIATED.
NOTICE OF SITE VISIT WAS ISSUED AND DIRECTOR WAS INFORMED TO POST THE NOTICE IN A VISIBLE LOCATION OF THE DAY CARE FOR A PERIOD OF 30 DAYS.
