25 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Oscar Huang conducted an unannounced visit to the day care home for a Case Management inspection to amend an incorrect statement in the inspection report recorded on 09/14/2023 regarding caregiver background checks. LPA met with licensee, Yan Ying Liang and informed her of purpose of toady's inspection.
LPA observed that the facility was operating in compliance with capacity and ratio requirement during the inspection. Present were 11 children in care, of whom four were under two years old and three assistants who are fingerprint clearances and all have current CPR & First Aide certifications during LPA's inspection.
LPA inspected areas both indoor and outdoor the home. Children's files were also reviewed.
In the areas that were evaluated, no regulatory violations were observed at the time of the inspection.
No deficiency was cited. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. The report was discussed and verbally translated into Chinese during the exit interview with Licensee, Yan Ying Liang. |
