At 8:31 AM, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Andy Yang and Mandeep Kaur, met with Site Director Michaella Venter for an unannounced case management investigation. Purpose of today's investigation: discuss an incident report that the Facility self reported to the Department on December 20, 2024. LPAs toured the indoor area of the facility, Room 3.

During today's investigations, LPAs reviewed two staff (S1 & S2) files for teachers' qualifications and one child (C1) file. LPAs interviewed three staff (S1,S2,& S3) and site director.

Based on interviews, Licensee made prompt arrangement for obtaining medical treatment for child(C1).

No deficiencies issued during today's investigation.

A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Licensee, Michaela Venter.
