Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Farida Raja conducted an unannounced complaint visit to deliver investigation findings for the above allegations. LPA met with Assistant Director, Anna Yin and Director, Geranny Natividad and explained the purpose of today's visit.

During today's inspection, LPA toured the facility and observed ratios. During the course of this investigation, LPA interviewed owner, staff including director and assistant director, children and parents and reviewed relevant records.

Based on staff interviews, staff stated that they have not observed any staff raising their voices or yelling at children, being aggressive or rude in their interactions or speaking inappropriately to children. They stated, based on their observations, that staff responses toward children are age appropriate.

Based on parent interviews, parents stated that they have not observed any staff raising their voices or yelling at children. They stated that staff interact well with children and if children are upset, they try to divert their attention by engaging them with a different activity.

Based on interviews and evidence gathered at this time, it is concluded that although the allegations listed above may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur. The allegations are thus UNSUBSTANTIATED.

No deficiencies were cited as a result of today’s inspection. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Director, Geranny Natividad and Assistant Director, Anna Yin. Appeal rights provided.

A NOTICE OF SITE VISIT WAS ISSUED AND MUST REMAIN POSTED FOR 30 CONSECUTIVE DAYS.
